Payment
Our Handmade Soap accepts PayPal, Venmo and credit cards. All orders must be paid in full before your order will be made (for custom orders) or shipped.

Turnaround Time
Our turnaround time starts the next business day after you place an order.  Any order after 5PM Pacific time will be considered to be placed the next day.  Orders will have a turnaround time of approximately four business days. Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.

Wholesale
Our Handmade Soap offers wholesale to qualifying vendors.  If you are interested, please email Mary to discuss terms and conditions.

Returns
Due to the nature of bath and body products, all sales are final.  If a product arrives damaged or you have any other concerns, please feel free to contact Mary within three days of receiving your damaged product regarding your order.
