SHIPPING POLICY

***Due to COVID-19, our courier is experiencing significant delays. This has caused our standard delivery window to change accordingly. If you haven't received your order yet, please keep in mind that your order is most likely affected by this change in delivery time and may arrive outside the normal range. We're closely monitoring all information around COVID-19 and our expected delivery windows, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

 

Your order will be shipped to the address provided. Items will be shipped in the smallest boxes possible to take advantage of lower shipping rates.

All orders ship via United States Postal Service priority mail or, if light enough, first class mail. If you need products to arrive sooner, please contact me and I’ll be happy work with you.

 

Shipping is not available to Post Office Boxes.

Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow up to 4 days for processing and shipping.  Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the buyer / seller at the time of purchase.  If we overcharge you for shipping by $1.00 or more we will refund your account.   

We want you to be 100% happy with your order.  If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we'll file an insurance claim through USPS, and replace the broken/damaged item.  Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you have any complaints, and present proof of damage.  This is necessary to submit an insurance claim.

We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
